Texting terms

When you check "Text me reminders and updates" on your salon's signup or booking page, or tell your stylist it's OK to text you, you agree to receive text messages from your salon about your appointments: reminders, booking confirmations, schedule changes (for example if your stylist has to cancel), receipts, and links to book your next visit.

• Frequency: varies, usually 1–4 messages per appointment.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Stop: reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. Reply START to turn them back on.
• Help: reply HELP, or call your salon.
• Confirm: reply C to a reminder to confirm your appointment.
• Consent to texts isn't required to book an appointment.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
