Questions
Why do I need a card for the free trial?
So the software is only set up for working salons. Your card isn't charged until your free month ends, and you can cancel any time before then in Admin › Billing.
Why does texting take 1 to 3 weeks?
US phone carriers require every business that sends texts to register (it's called 10DLC). We do the paperwork for you from one short form; the carriers take 1 to 3 weeks to approve it. Your free month doesn't start until it's done.
Can I use it before my texting is approved?
Yes. The calendar, clients, online booking and payments all work from day one. Texts are recorded in test mode until your number is approved.
What's the difference between Free trial and Buy now?
Free trial gives you your first month free, starting the day texting goes live. Buy now skips the trial; your first charge is the day texting goes live. Nothing is charged at sign-up either way.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, any time in Admin › Billing. Yearly costs less: 2 months free.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in Admin › Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you can download your client list.
